The last few months have consisted of soccer practic, soccer games, cross country practice and cross country meets. We only have 2 kids in sports at present and that has been enough! We've loved it though and Trevor and Taylor both had great seasons. My photography skills are definitely lacking, especially when there is movement. Then there were all the times I forgot the camera or was distracted and I missed the shot--oh well!
Here is Trevor's one and only soccer picture. They only won one game, somewhat disheartning but we all survived and Trevor LOVES soccer. He was pretty agressive when he had the ball and very fast but not so much (agressiveness) on the defence.
Taylor ran cross country for his school. This was a new experience for all of us. Where does the race start? Where does it end? Running from place to place cheering him on. 
He was usually in the middle of the pack somwhere. All of their races were 5k and he was running them pretty much every week. Not to mention practices and workouts. I think his personal best was somewhere around 20 minutes. Not bad! There are some exceptional runners in the area and they would get times like 15:10. Yikes!! We're talking 5 minute miles here--woah! Anyway, Taylor did awesome and we are proud of him for trying something new and sticking with it and doing so well!

It was hard for me to take pictures and cheer for him at the same time so here is my awesome one and only picture of Taylor running--can you see him--barely in the picutre at the left--oh well! For cross country they usually don't run on a track but this was the finish and it happened to be at a highschool so the finish line was on the track.
We REALLY lucked out this year weather wise. We had a beautiful fall this year. Absolutley gorgeous days and evenings for almost 2 months. I loved going to the cross country meets, soccer practices etc. and enjoying the big puffy clouds, warm sun and watching kids do their best. Way to go Taylor and Trevor!

YAY for trying new things! Good job boys!! Looks like Syd and Taylor are runners! :) I too LOVE being outside in the cool crisp autumn air. It's my fav!!

Fantastic Taylor and Trevor. Both of those sports are hard for me. You looked good. Can't wait to visit in a month.
